Danny Leeroy Regan,

12.12.2002 age 27,

Danny lived in Leeds, he leaves behind 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and 2 lovely children. Danny was shot
and killed. St Helens.

My Danny was a loving person he was a character in his own way, I miss his voice and his sense of
humour. He was very much loved by me and so many others.

As a result of Danny's death I am campaigning to stop gun and knife crime. I visit schools
trying to educate children about the dangers of weapons.

Mothers against violence Leeds, a website will be created soon.

Hi Hun

I am sat here with an odd feeling and a tear......a sad feeling for what your mum is going thru at the minute....it makes me so sick to the heart that such a strong woman and loving dedicated person is having to endure what she is, the inspiration i gain from her drive and tenacity and ability to go on is amazing..

I know that you are doing your bit up there to make things a lil easier but hey kick that Good Lord up his ass and tell him to give Momz a break before i start a heaven boycott lol......as if....

Take care Danny for now

Anna....x

P.S just gunna light a candle for you n your Family .........xxxxx

Hiya Mr Regan

Hiya Danny....i don't know you well enough to talk to but that didn't stop you sitting on my shoulder n helping me do your mums myspace today....My inspiration comes from the dedication your momz gives to helping the youths out on road and the love she has for you..It hurts me as i dare say it does you that she is doing all this alone and being robbed of her emotions and ideas....its ok tho mate i am on to it.....been there myself before and i know its soul destroying.....won't let it happen again to such a great lady if i can help it.....oh yeah Dan have a words with your mum will you and tell her to slow down a lil as she matters too.....Hang tight Young Man....n say hi to my mum for me if you see her....

Thanks Pat.

Well Danny I have found your site and I want to tell you what an amazing Mam you have,I bet you already know that.
I met your mam at the conference in Redcar yesterday and to see and hear her was brilliant.
She stood on the stage and told us all about you and your family, how she struggles every day not knowing who took your life.
To think of her going around schools is amazing, teaching youngsters the rights and wrongs and if out of a whole classroom of kids she saves one persons life you should be so proud of her.
She spoke to me and tried explain the stages of grief,I am only just at my garden gate but I know people like your mam will help me to go through the gate, walk up the street, and go over the many hills I will face in future years.
Pat thank you for your kindness and I hope we will meet again.
You are truly a wonderfull lady and I hope all your family are proud of you.
Thankyou,Thankyou,Thankyou.
Love and best wishes.
